A leader whose public life has consistently reflected dialogue, reconciliation, and nation-building joins this historic commemoration to celebrate one of the greatest indigenous peace agreements in Yoruba history.
From the lessons of 1886 to the aspirations of today, the Kiriji Peace Treaty remains a reminder that true leadership is measured not only by victory, but by the courage to build peace.
